SHIPPING & PRE-ORDERS

Please read before placing any pre-orders. Any pre-order items that will be purchased on CatChet and items already in the cart will be shipped altogether. This means if you have placed a pre-ordered item that will be shipped in a month, you will need to wait the one month for all other items in the cart.

 

If you wish to purchase a non-pre-order items that can be shipped right away, please add them to a cart and purchase them separately. Please note orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

 

Pre-orders purchases will be charged to your card/Paypal immediately upon purchase. Please note orders can be cancelled before shipment but is subject to a 6% cancellation fee.

 

This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This will cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction has been made.
